Very good location and a lot of parking places available at any time. Is a very quiet location, you can sleep with the window open. The boise of the the waves is the only thing that you can hear but very soft.

This hotel is very unique. Unfortunately, I got the room with the balcony facing a parking lot. Ensure you face the port, because it's beautiful. The location is fantastic and the breakfast was great. The staff were lovely and they work very hard. I would definitely come back. I loved this town. The hotel is built along a cliff and offers easy access to the upper town (restaurants, shopping, other amenities,) and the lower town (the port and the beach which were great). Would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at Hermes Club Hotel in Tsarevo. A wonderful four-star hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was as expected. The hotel facilities were spot on, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a truly relaxing vacation including a small beach to enjoy the waives of the Black Sea. What really stood out was the excellent service at both the restaurant and the bars. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.

The staff was lovely, very helpful. Most spoke English. The space is pet friendly and very thoughtful. The bed was just right for us. The vegetation (and restaurant) around the hotel is fabulous. Having a lemonade in the shade is the thing I enjoyed most. The rooms are spacious The whole place (rooms, lobby, outside, restaurant) is very well designed, spaced, and decorated. Simply looking around was very pleasant. There is air conditioning in the room, and all rooms have access to spacious terraces, shaded by fig trees. The mosquito nets were useful. The toiletries were good quality There is a drying rack on the terace. Very useful. The mini-fridge was well stocked, and the prices were not overwhelming. If you decide you want to have mineral water late at night, you can just enjoy it. The place was clean. It wasn't spotless (some dust bunnies under the bed and some spider webs in the corners of the room), but it was pretty close. The food at the hotel restaurant was fresh. Good quality ingredients.
