Helpful, polite and nice staff. Big room, clean bathroom, nice balcony. Food in the restaurant was nice! Sauna was very nice (a bit small though).

This is a beautiful hotel designed as a castle set in a wonderful scenic park right beside a romantic lake. The rooms ate huge. Ask for a room facing the lake. Breakfast was very tasty. Very good shower..

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. The location is right in the center of town. The staff is friendly and professional. Not a negative but the hotel is in a green zone that allows paid parking for up to 3 hours. We were there during the holidays but I'm not sure what you do during week days if you have a car.

Apartment was very spacious, exceptionally clean. We have requested additional baby crib (baby bed for infant) which was provided free of charge. Staff was very helpful and available 24/7 during our stay. Stara Zagora is nice city to visit, where you can combine history, architecture and well maintained infrastructure with access to zoopark and parks. For our family zoopark experience was amazing as the area is vast.
