CanadaOur little cabin was perfect for our short stay. We enjoyed using the available kayaks. Clean and quiet. A sauna is available to use as well but we chose not to use it this time.

CanadaQuietness, firepit, bbq and lake you can sit and look at. Not far from town Wolfville only 15 minutes away. The bed was really comfortable, and the outside fire pit was also a definite bonus to tie up in the evening.

We only had 2 days in the area and wanted a central location...
We only had 2 days in the area and wanted a central location and New Minas was perfect. Wolfville is just down the road & there were several places to visit there (Grand Pre, Tangled Gardens) but found it too crowded and busy. The second day was spent visiting small towns (Kentville, Port Williams, Centreville, Canning) in the country side (cheese stores, craft breweries, antique shops as well as the Bay of Fundy. Drove to Hall's Harbour for supper (lobster roll) and were home before dark. It's easy to get around New Minas and area and this motel is on the main strip where all the usual restaurants are and Tim Horton's is just across the street.

Greensboro in was such a nice stay. It looks like your run of the mill motel from the outside, but the interior of the rooms were really nice, comfortable and well thought out. The shower had great water pressure and, after being in hotels and Airbnb's for the last month with varying shower quality, it was much appreciated.

It was cozy and warm with a very serene view over the lake. I sat on the deck and watched the sunrise most mornings. Dog friendly, well-appointed and clean. Also - very nice neighbors. WIFI was excellent.
Just a 15 minute drive to Wolfville or New Minas.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and is a good size. The bed was comfortable. We had an early appointment at Valley Regional Hospital and the hotel is a short drive from there. Lots of food options within a short drive.
