We liked that the entrance to the first floor apartments were on ground level with their own entry. Also. Breakfast room available to make tea or coffee and wonderful porch and swing outside of rooms. Beautiful grounds.

It is a small village but has shops and a fantastic beach restaurant cafe called the Harbour View - fabulous. At the time of our visit the local garage was closed, luckily we found fuel elsewhere. Maybe a good idea to fill up or check before getting there with an empty tank!

great section of the Minas Bay region.- super for nature lovers. We enjoyed the cliffs and bluffs in this area: Joggins Fossil cliffs, Wasson Bluffs, Five Islands. Dinner at the Harborview restaurant was delicious.

Amazing views from the shore across to Blomidin and Cape Split. Dined at a sweet Bistro before going to Ship’s Company Theatre for an evening production if Still Dancing. The play was excellent and evoked many different emotions. We always make a point of going to at least one Ship’s Co. production a year and have appreciated every one we have attended. Parrsboro and surrounding areas are offer visitors unique experiences including the highest tides in the world!!

Parrsboro is a great place to stop.

Parrsboro is a great place to stop. There is a vacation feel to the town. It actually has restaurants to choose from which we didn't find to be the case in other parts of Nova Scotia. There are food choices for every budget from Tim Horton's to a Bistro. If you are visiting the Geo Park sites it is in the right location. We had a kayaking trip scheduled but it was canceled due to weather but there are other options such as museums and some shopping choices there.
