Place was perfect for us. Location right by the crossing. Place was neat and clean. The owner friendly and helpful. Would recommend Scoodics to anyone.

The host is very thoughtful and personable. He was knowledgeable about local attractions and restaurants. The 120 year old house has interesting furnishings. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and the attached bathroom convenient. Don prepared a sumptuous breakfast for us. The property is a 10 minute drive from the main street of St. Andrews. We liked that it was on a woodsy road, away from the touristy part of the peninsula.

We loved the customized touches, the espresso machine, movie theatre, large fenced yard for our dogs to play in and so much more. The views were beautiful, I saw a sunset one night and a sunrise the next morning. The owners seemingly thought of everything we could need before we even realized we needed it!

It was a nice and clean place to stay—truly unforgettable! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the warm hot tub while it was raining. We also had the pleasure of seeing deer and beautiful birds. We will definitely come back again!
