The property exceeded all expectations. It is impeccably clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a seamless stay. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all key attractions, shops, and restaurants. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Marco. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and highly responsive. From the very beginning, he provided clear instructions, was always available for any questions, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His professionalism and warm attitude made us feel welcome and completely at ease.

The breakfast was fabulous. The view was amazing. Sunsets were great. Right on the bus route and out of town a bit on the hillside. The staff was wonderful and the food was great.

Location was perfect for our needs as it was very close to the train station and the bus we needed. 5 minute walk downhill to the downtown area was easy. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. I'd stay again for sure.

All our needs were met! The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

Additionally, the local transportation pass provided as a complimentary benefit is outstanding. It not only offers free transportation but also saves valuable time for travellers by simplifying travel arrangements, making the overall experience even more convenient and enjoyable.

The location. It’s walkable to the lake, the shopping areas, with busses passing in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy with a balcony that is high-up that you see the whole town and mountains and are beautiful at night. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast in the morning is typical of the area but the fresh coffee is good, shout-out to Claudio, he is a gem and very attentive.

Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.

A dated cozy elegance that was quite inviting to us. We had a lovely view of the garden from our balcony. Breakfast was good, location was just a few minutes from the sights. I would definitely stay here again. The bus transit hub is directly across the street, making it easy to access. Our room was large and comfortable. Lugano is a wonderful place to visit.
