United StatesThe dinners were all excellent, thoroughly Swiss and thoroughly delicious. By far the tastiest food our 16-day, 5-town stay. My wife has some dietary restrictions that I didn't think much about ahead of time, but the Dietrichs were very accommodating. The family at the farm were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

United KingdomThe breakfast was very nice you can pick from a wide range of cheeses and meats witch is quite a change from the standard English breakfast but definitely worth it.perfict scenery with a view of the snowy mountains of Switzerland that you can see from your room on a clear day. Showers are spectacular; nice hot water , very clean, free soap and fresh towels. What more do you want.

This apartment was SO NICE.
This apartment was SO NICE. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Parking was included and was right across the street in the garage. We ate at the Kabob place two doors down and the food was great. Herisau is such a quaint little town and so close to St. Gallen and other areas of interest. There is a MIGROS store across the street and was so convenient. There is no interaction with the owners, but the code they left us got us in and was perfectly fine. If you do stay there, just know that the name of the hotel is NOT listed on the building, so we had a little bit of a hard time locating it.

Location of the hotel was good for commuting to nearby St Gallen for the Euro's. Parking was convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, with plenty of space & well presented. The breakfast was good once we had understood how it was delivered/presented. The staff in reception were friendly and helpful, as were most staff, and we were made to feel most welcome.

A very nice hotel with an apartment where it was possible to cook, a spacious apartment ideal for a family of 4. Comfortable beds. A big advantage was the possibility of using the hotel garage for storing bicycles with the possibility of charging e-bikes. Very helpful receptionist at the hotel.

Excellent restaurant and good breakfast. The hotel has several rooms spread over several buildings. The parking space is limited but free of charge. The loaction is relatively silent, but my room was at the backside of the hotel.
