Great staff and service Restaurant manager is a fantastic individual

The Holiday Inn Express Antofagasta was a great choice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was parking in a parking garage under the hotel, so the car was secured. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was nearby.

Fantastic views combined with a sympathetic and helpful staff. I arrived straight from a stressful hospital visit concerning an eye injury (luckily less serious than anticipated) after little sleep the night before. They got me into my room efficiently. All the staff were cheerful and eager to help. And the food was great.

The best part of the stay was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Excellent service from check-in to check-out.

The lady in charge of breakfast was superb. She was kind, cheerful, accomodating and more. The staff at the nain desk were friendly, professional, helpful, cheerful snd more. Our location was downtown.
