Large rooms; clean. Nice restaurant with great menu. We had Fillet steak which was good quality. Staff were lovely, especially our breakfast lady. It seemed she was the only one who spoke English too. We were the only people in the hotel for our first night. Night’s 2 & 3 there was a coach tour but they dined in a separate room. So I was half expecting jack Nicholson to appear. It was eerie. Indoor pool is nicely heated but it needs fresh water and a better filter, it was also mouldy with algae in places.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the great size, clean room to the gorgeous ocean. The restaurant, spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool were spectacular. The breakfast which is included was great! So many options to pick from and all of them delicious. The best part was the customer service! From the receptionist ( Carina), Juan Pablo from the restaurant and Rosa who cleaned our room went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable which it was. I give this hotel 5 stars

A great hotel, with great facilities, right next to a lovely beach. We had a mini-apartment with all that you could need for a longer stay, and the views from our terrace were terrific. Food was good and the barman made a great Pisco Sour. If we could have stayed longer we would have, and would definitely recommend -especially if you have kids that would love a pool with a bridge!!! PS Easy drive to Santiago airport too.
