Although the hotel is a bit far from the old city, its location offers a serene retreat with stunning mountain and flower views—an ideal contrast to the busy downtown. The modern design is sleek and beautifully done, making me forget I was in China and fully enjoy the calm surroundings. What really stood out was the hospitality. The meals were delicious, with creative fusion dishes that surprised me in the best way. I was constantly treated to amazing afternoon teas and thoughtful evening treats—it truly felt like I was being cared for with warmth and attention. While the staff doesn’t speak English, everything is smoothly managed via WeChat, which made communication easy and efficient. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing stay where I felt pampered and welcomed

We didn’t have breakfast but hotel provides free coffee. The location is not in ancient town but in the edge of one gate.

The staff is just amazing. You feel like you're staying over at someone's house. Its so comfortable and relaxed. The staff is helping you with anything and everything all the time. It was just great. It was just awesome to find this nice cute hotel. Sooo many restaurants and shops nearby too. Room sizes are just great especially the family rooms with the double and single bed. We had two rooms together and another room booked for our friends who were joining us. We got all three rooms together. We didn't even feel like we had to lock the doors when going out to other rooms.....which we didn't. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! Especially to LEO who took such good care for us throughout our stay. Thank you LEO from me and my whole family. Keep it up. Don't let people question my perfect review which I NEVER gave before in my life 😀
