United StatesLocation was easy to find. Ms. Ann has the best staff, very caring and accommodating. I was on a long layover heading back to USA. I was able to rest comfortably. They took care of me like family. Also the breakfast was DELICIOUS! The shower was a chef’s kiss. I didn’t want to leave.

United Arab EmiratesThe location was great for us, close to the sport venue. Although the staff don't speak much English, we've managed to communicate pretty well, sometimes using the translation apps. Big thank you for the reception staff in particular. Both, morning and evening shift. They were the best!
The room was nice and clean. The airport shuttle was another bonus.
