it was very old and pool water was too cold unable to use. The cleaning was very poor. kitchen was very dirty. clothes hanger was very dirty. The electricity goes off during night and back on 9 am. The heater doesn't work.Every corner was dirty.Owner sends cleaning ladies but they don't clean well. Stayed 6 days but never changed the bedding sheets. Too far away from everything restaurant and supermarket. Last day had no water so couldn't shower and couldn't use toilet.

Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel is hands-down the best family hotel we have ever experienced. Our room was absolutely magical; the themed decor felt like stepping straight into Alice in Wonderland, and we were captivated from the moment we arrived. The amenities are world-class and designed to keep a child entertained for days. The play area is massive, featuring everything from trampolines and ball pits to complex mazes. We also loved the variety of pools: the glass-bottom infinity pool is spectacular, and having a dedicated kids' pool & mini waterpark made swim time so easy. To top it all off, the dining was superb. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner were incredibly diverse, offering everything you could possibly want and more. If you are traveling with your little one, this is an absolute must-stay!

We like a resort the most. It's so big, spacious, big green area, and so many trees. We booked a luxury ocean view room. It's not so luxurious, it's a bit old, but it's big enough, with a nice side ocean view. We had breakfast, and we paid extra for dinner as well, because there were no restaurants and bars near the hotel. The food was really good, mostly Chinese, but there were many other international dishes. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially restaurant manager Mr Ni, from India. The beach is huge, but the waves and current are really strong and there's no swimming allowed. But there are a lot of swimming pools in the resort. There's animation during dinner. Every night is the same, but it's quite interesting, especially the fire show, that we enjoyed the most.
