Very clean good rooms and great staff really helpful

We stayed here for a sleep-over during a long trip. The place was perfect for us. The style is not modern but rather like home and thats how we felt: peace and quiet, comfortable and relaxed. The stay, was very affordable and plece easy to reach (easy also for a day in Karlsbad). A bonus: very good breakfast.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Loket. It struck me as having real old world charm. We especially enjoyed the decor with images of military men and stags antlers. The restaurant beer hall in the basement was perfect. Wonderful Czech food and some of the best beer I've ever had. I would return.

Want to know the secret ingredient in that mouthwatering goulash? Radek's your guy (though he might playfully refuse to spill the beans). Whether he was recommending hidden gems or sharing hilarious stories, Radek made sure our stay was filled with laughter and joy. The restaurant at Pension Atmosfera is a culinary wonderland, and guess who's the star of the show? Yep, Radek. His skills as a waiter are second to none. It's like watching a maestro conduct an orchestra, only this maestro is delivering scrumptious dishes and ensuring your glass is never empty. But let's get to the point: Radek deserves a promotion. Scratch that – Radek deserves a statue in the town square! His dedication, enthusiasm, and sheer brilliance in hospitality should not go unnoticed. Management, if you're reading this, make Radek the king of customer service already! In conclusion, our stay at Pension Atmosfera was unforgettable, not just because of the cozy rooms and delicious food, but because of Radek. Nice place in a nice town, loved the restaurant below, required some improvements for breakfasts, but overall even breakfast was ok. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Language barrier is not a problem, but an opportunity to learn German

The city view from the balcony (13th floor) was fantastic. I also really enjoyed the easy access to the thermal pools and sauna world, as well as the two additional saunas and pool on the -2 floor of the main building, which were almost always empty. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods. The location is excellent, with hiking trails nearby and spectacular nature all around.

The staff was extremely professional. Even through some hiccups they maintained professionalism, were always polite and helpful. It's somewhat easy to find a nice looking place but somewhat harder to find professional personnel. If you want to be cared for, here you will be. The place was clean, the food was great and we even got packed breakfast when we had to leave early.

The breakfast was delicious and contained the usual items of a continental breakfast. The host was friendly and communicative. The location was quiet, but close enough to walk into town.

The room was great! The bed was very comfortable and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking. The bathroom was outside my room but it wasn’t inconvenient at all. The bathroom was spacious.

This hotel was a stone's throw to the 1/2 Marathon start/ finish line. Hotel had a lot of runners. The breakfast that came with it had a nice buffet and coffee machine for speciatly coffees. Afternoon beers outside on the porch, cozy dinner in the restaurant. they don't have a pool, but have a reciprocal agreement with the Windsor, so I swam laps in the morning.
