The hotel is located right in the city center, so everything is within walking distance. One of the best hotels I stayed in during my one-month trip. I loved the hotel because it had a bathtub. I love taking baths, and I truly enjoyed it. I also asked for, and they brought me, a microwave so I could quickly heat up the food I bought at the store. The room had a small refrigerator, a small desk where I could work, a kettle, the bare essentials, and a very beautiful design with antique wooden beams. If I ever visited this city again, I would stay at this hotel only because you can take a hot bath.

Very nice location at the main square, but the rooms were facing backwards to the castle, so it was rather quiet and we enjoyed the nice view. The rooms were very nice, the bed comfortable. The receptionist was very kind, allowing us to take our breakfast slightly later and to leave our luggage in the room on the last day.

This is a lovely town in its own right, though most people...

This is a lovely town in its own right, though most people will use it as a gateway to the greater Šumava region and the great outdoors. Transit connections are surprisingly good thanks to direct trains from Prague and Munich, albeit these tend to be somewhat chronically delayed. The historical center is a gem, and would definitely be worth spending a day just exploring the narrow streets and old buildings.

An absolute gem. Right on the main street, clean and bright, with an outstanding breakfast for a budget hotel. Our room was spacious, with lovely views over the town. It was in the attic, contained a kettle and fridge and had lovely beams. They also put a range of maps and tourist leaflets in the room, so we were able to find lovely walks in the area.

Breakfast was great, the rooms were amazing, and Dormazlice was a beautiful little town, Well worth a visit if travelling through the area. Parked the motorbikes on the square outside and walked across the road for drinks and evening meal. Hotel was the perfect location.

My loft room was spacious and well equipped with everything and more. Parking in front of hotel was easy (not sure what it be like on a busy weekend?). Breakfast buffet was more than adequate.
