Renovated fresh facilities under perfect maintenance, very neat and with a piece of love. All essentials are handy and you feel care of the owners for your comfortable stay. Delicious and varity breakfacts. Secure private parking lot is inside of the property. Beautiful park is so close to the property. The staff is very nice and thoughtful, and gave us thorough and comprehensive instructions for plenty places of interest. We really enjoyed our stay very much.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, and although the staff member on duty didn’t speak English, he was still very helpful and managed to assist us efficiently. He kindly provided us with a room without any issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, which was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service and accommodation, especially considering the very reasonable price.

Workers were so helpful and friendly. Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced. The wellness center had everything we needed. Dinner at the hotel was great, extensive menu with various seasonal dishes. Balcony was comfy.

The hotel is stylish and full of charm, with a personal touch. The staff were multilingual, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was high-quality and thoughtfully prepared.

Heated outdoor pool and the pool area in general. The rooms were very nice as well.

Every staff member was very friendly and ready to help or explain. Spa facilities are excellent; however if you are interested in anything specific I'd suggest to book it in advance. Food in both restaurants meets every expectation. It is definitely a great option for a relaxed stay, highly recommended.

Overall, while the hotel itself was nice, the staff and service left much to be desired.

Marianske Lazne is a quite relaxing town and Ensana hotel is an island of spa and wellness center which let you feel at home. Food is good, the room was very quite and the entire facility was very clean. Swimming pool with Jaccuzi and infra red beds - we stayed 3 days, enjoyed the parks and landscape

The location is perfect, although not suitable if there are walking difficulties. Spa options on site.

Good breakfast, cosy atmosphere, HUGE room which is literally an apartment - with a stove, pots and pans etc. Very friendly reception!

This was our second stay and we loved it again, especially the pool and the fantastic Magic Show. We had a minor issue with the pool staff this time, but the management handled it exceptionally well. After reaching out, the Resident Manager responded quickly and professionally. It’s rare to see such dedication to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended for families.

Staff and manager were super helpful and friendly (bonus points for being patient with our Czech; it's far from fluent but we wanted to practice as much as we could while in the country). Breakfast was solid (not as much choice as at a larger hotel, but enough choice to have some variety from day to day). We only had one evening meal at the hotel (there is a lot of choice within walking distance), they offer a good choice of Czech cuisine nicely prepared. Convenient access to beautiful surroundings.

We had excellent breakfasts and were treated very well. Hana was excellent at the front desk and responded appropriately to all of our requests.
