We stayed only one night, but it was perfect for our needs. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The self check-in process was easy. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, which was very convenient.

The hotel’s location is fantastic (close to restaurants and shops), and I love that it’s housed in a charming, well-maintained building with a rich history passed down through generations. Staying here feels like being welcomed into someone’s home. The breakfast is delightful, offering a wide variety of breads, juices, meats, fruits, and coffee to suit all tastes. The staff is incredibly welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. My room had a lovely view of the castle, and despite being close to the main road, it was impressively quiet. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of a standing fan in the room, which added to my comfort.

Perfect location in center of the old town. Great parking in garage two minutes walk away with elevator,hotel parking unavailable due to roadwork but no problem at all. The lady on reception and Breakfast is wonderful and very helpful,hotel spotless.

Wonderful place, and good food. This is rural Germany and not everyone here speaks English, although I had a fantastic time attempting to speak my beginning German with the Innkeeper.

Really clean, spacy and well equipped. Great with a private spa, sauna etc. We missed a refrigerator, but had a bucket of ice for our champagne.

Excellent location with plenty of museums and historic sites within walking distance. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, as was his dog.

Very quite location. We were on the fifth floor and only heard the people right next to our room. No street noice or anything else.

Rooms - new, clean, luxurius feel for a good price

I stayed in 2 different rooms - standard (view out to the back/parking lot) & then premium (view of the city with a balcony). The premium room I stayed in was nicely renovated and had a beatiful view with a small outdoor seating area. The only downside - if travelling with another person - is that the bathroom has a barndoor (glass) that doesn't fully close nor keep out any sounds or light if someone needs to use the facilities during the night/early morning. The standard room facing toward the parking lot had a solid bathroom door and had a lot of counter room in the bath. The room was a bit smaller, but very comfortable. I think they are slowly renovating/modernizing all the rooms. All rooms now have window screens to keep out mosquitoes & other insects - excellent improvement! :) The premium room also had AC (although I didn't test it as it was cool enough) - great perk! Breakfast was fantastic - with fresh made eggs to order - and the breakfast room (and patio) have terrific views of Ravensburg. Lots of free parking. Quite area. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - great customer service! Will definitely stay again!
