Friendly staff when available, breakfast eggs to order

Breakfast was great! Staff was outstanding! Parking was safe and private. Had a lift.

The cleaning lady was AMAZING. She did an Outstanding job on our room and went above and beyond to make up for the short falls of the rest of the establishment.

Quiet, tower fan provided, good communication from property with directions for check in (all remote, no reception desk)

Heated floors in the room. Work table with chair. Hot water kettle was nice.

Centrally located hotel with spacious rooms and good parking facilities. The rooms are cleaned daily, which is not practice in many hotels since the start of Covid19. Breakfast was not available on site, but there are many alternatives within 500 m distance. The hotel has only one lift. If this breaks down, it is difficult for guests which require a lift.

Comfortable room, modern amenities, friendly staff, great breakfast

It's great value for money as you get a clean and silent place to stay for an affordable price. The staff is very friendly. No noises from outside or from neighbors. It's warm (which is not always the case in German hotels in winter :). Hanau's city center is just around the corner where you can get grocery shopping or restaurant / cafe. There are busses and trains to go to Frankfurt (though you need to check the schedule).

Hotel Romerhof is part of several small hotels in a small area of Hanau, which has one check in location and this was different from the building in which we had a room. Rooms were small, partially refurbished and comfortable. Parking was close by and like the hotel, excellent value. The location was also very convenient, only 500 metres walk to the Christmas market and main square/shopping street. An excellent value stay. We had to leave early so we did not have breakfast.

The staff were amazing and the location was beautiful, surrended by a lot of nice and beautiful homes.
