Lovely, quiet hotel set next to the stream and a park. Beautiful terrace for meals. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice of breads, meats and cheeses, fruit and coffees. Parking was easy too.

Super friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast with housemade juices. The location is beautiful as well. Budding up to a little stream and rolling hills.

Our room was very spacious clean and quiet. Comfortable furniture to relax on. Firm mattress meant a refreshing nights sleep. We also had an excellent meal in the accompanying restaurant. Breakfast bar was absolutely incredible for its diversity and the staff were available to answer questions about gluten free options. Good value for money. Grateful to have found this stop between two places we travel occasionally.

A wonderful, hidden gem, surrounded by forest and farm land. They're not used to having American's nor English staying, which added to the charm and tranquility. The rooms in the hunting lodge were beautiful and peaceful. The food was exceptional, we ate all all three restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, best bread ever! The Spa was probably the best spa I've ever visited. The treatments were excellent and reasonably priced. Tina is an outstanding masseuse I thought the overall price was reasonable for the services and amenities.

The breakfast was excellent. Hotel is very close to many small shops in town, so it was usually easy to find meals, snacks, and other needs. Staff was knowledgeable about local businesses.

Very clean and spacey, very good dinner too

The breakfast was perfect. Met a very nice lady who was very engaging. She noticed my disappointment that the castle was not open for tour and the museum was closed except for prearranged groups. I was a bit, especially after researching the details ahead of time and seeing it open during my short window in the area. She very graciously offered to give a private tour, in English. I was truly astounded and was not expecting an exception to be made. The room itself along with the castle and grounds are immaculately kept.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and organized.
