Great traditional hotel with very helpful staff

This was our favorite BnB and favorite town in all of our travels throughout Bavaria.

Service awesome, I could park in the parking garage. There was a fan in the room as well, as it was hot outside. Excellent service in the bar/restaurant.

The property is in a great location in Staufen. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Nicely decorated! Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant in the evening. Morris was very helpful! In addition to working in the restaurant he provided us with bicycles for a day ride.

This is an excellent hotel. I made an error when booking. They were extremely helpful and kind and fixed it immediately for me. Everything was well organized. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The property enjoys an excellent location, ideal for day trips to Alsace and the Black Forest, particularly during the Christmas market season. It is conveniently close to the city center, with a local Christmas market and a pleasant promenade nearby. Several supermarkets are located within a 5-minute drive. Service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. Guests receive complimentary guest cards, providing discounts on local attractions and free regional train travel, including easy access to Freiburg in just 8 minutes. Breakfast was varied and high quality, and free parking is available.

Had all the things I needed at a good price. Good location versus the town center and the train station.

The hotel is decorated with taste. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choice. The hotel is at 5-10 min from the wellness center by foot. The city center is also accessible by a 10 min walk though the park.
