Amazing hotel in an old castle

excellent facility and resturant

We loved our apartment nr. 5...with kitchen, enormous veranda, separate room...perfect for a family if 3 with a dog We loved dinner, the dishes are excellent and big, the waitress was truly professional and friendly , check in also was very quick and effective, breakfast was good and just a few steps from the lake... Only positive things to say for this little hotel.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and so cute designed🥰 everyone was so friendly and nice. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, our stay here was wonderful! We absolutely loved that it’s one of the rare properties that allows check in from 11 am!

I wished I had checked in sooner to be able to really enjoy this place, including the spa. We were traveling with kids and we were given a ground floor apartment (with mosquito nets on the doors) with a playground right outside. The kids loved it! Beautiful views. We really loved this place, and would totally recommend. Parking was available and easy.

We were so right to book at this nice hotel. Our rooms faced the lake, the scenic was marvelous and ample space at terrace for pleasure. The staffs, every single one contains of service mind. Give 5 stars for this hotel.

The rooms are nice and cozy, with that old charm. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had a homey feel that made it even more relaxing. There are no toilets/showers in the rooms, but the shared facilities are close, warm, and private when you are in them. There's no risk of someone walking in while you shower for example. Food was also excellent, I would even advise that the portions are very generous! The salad was amazing, and over delivered on quantity and taste. Really was the icing on the cake so to say.

Location was outstanding with a beautiful view of the Alps.

The location can not be better. The apartment had an excellent view of the lake and the mountains, a huge balcony, 2 rooms with plenty of space, full kitchen with everything you need. The spa section was extremely nice and clean. The resting room view is as beautiful as it can be. I recommend it to everyone. There are also great restaurants and cafes around within few minutes walk distance. You can walk around the lake or just hike to the castle ruins at the hill behind the hotel. With 15-20 mins walk, you will have the best panorama view of the region.

We loved the authentic charm, incredible views, modern and clean rooms. We also loved the beautiful wellness centre, the delicious food for evening food and breakfast and the amazing friendly staff! We are already looking at rebooking and bringing family and friends!

What wasn’t there to like? Views, quiet, the best meal I have ever had at Pavo

The breakfast buffet was very good. You ordered what type of eggs you want and it was delicious. The dining room looked brand new. The evening and morning dining room staff were so friendly and welcoming.
