The most beautiful room suite for family. All rooms withview on beautiful Neuschwanstein castle. Love this second stay more then the first one. Great breakfast, kindly helpful staff, great advice how to manage our trips. Thank for everything

The resort have every facility that you would expect from such place, and upgraded our suite to have own terrace facing the lake. Nice restaurant and breakfast, good parking area and located very close to both castles, the definite choice for visiting castles

The hotel was wonderful. The room was perfect, with separate spaces for the kids and adults. The staff were extremely kind, and breakfast/lunch packets were wonderful.

This was our best hotel out of the other 3 we stayed at during our trip.

Everything was perfect except one rude waiter one night. Tall guy, just had an attitude. But besides that knucklehead everything about this place was perfect. Great location, very clean, food was great. Just perfect.

An amazing view. The hotel is beautiful and well-designed. Comfortable and well-equipped room. The hotel's location allows for star trips to attractions in the area. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Strong and fast WiFi.

We arrived early by car. Onsite free parking was a big plus. We were allowed to check into our room several hours before check in time. The staff was most friendly and accomodating. Walking distance from the hotel lies the Old Town of Fussen. The ‘Rewe’ grocery was just a short walk away. Most impressive was the breakfast both in presentation, variety and taste. We would definitely book here again when we return to Fussen.

Breakfast was a great assortment of food. The location is incredible. The spa and hotel are clean and very calming. Staff were all very friendly and all tried to speak english to accomodate us. We felt very welcome the entire time.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was also perfect. and the location is so good very near to the train station. It is so beautiful with snow. It is near to lake which is really beautiful.

Awesome hotel! Lovely staff, great free amenities (coffee, cakes, candy and sparkling water) and a delicious included breakfast. Beautiful location by the lake as well, with a nice walk to get into town. Comfortable rooms and free parking to top it off.
