The best part!! The staff.. Suleiman and Arwa are amazing! Friendly to talk to, they advised me a lot on where to go and how to move in the city, also they speak arabic which is amazing for me.

Your hotel is the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Despite the fact that major construction was happening a short distance away and the hotel is located on one of the main roads passing through Karlsruhe! The staff was always friendly and professional and went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service!

The room planning is a bit unusual. Family room consists of 2 separate suites connected with a hallway- 1 with 2 beds and another with 1 queen bed. So in case of family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) booking offers 2 rooms (1 Family room (2 suits inside) + 1 double room) - which considers 1 child will be sleeping separately. However after discussing this with booking com and hotel stuff - we kept only 1 family room. Fast response and reaction.

Really clean, nice and helpful team, underground parking option for 12 euro per day (parking outside is free afaik). 2 big supermarkets next door. Not so close to the centre but there were enough places to dine around. Good internet.

The comfortable beds, clean, all necessary cosmetics were available, tasty breakfast. The location was good but a bit far from the center (40 minutes walking) but the forest around and shops. Easy to get to the center by bus (7 min). Staff is friendly. Welcome drink was highly appreciated
