When you come into the lobby stinks of cigarettes, dirty trash everywhere. No elevator you had to carry nine bags up to top level. There's never anybody in the place to talk to for any problems. One of the tv in 1 room was not working. 100 percent would never stay there again. Never use booking.com always priceline. Found booking.com, not very reliable on their information. We'll stay with priceline from now on

Large modern well decorated comfortable room. Quiet area of the town and their restaurant has excellent cuisine. Secure bicycle storage. Owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Krone is a very, very special place. Secluded at the end of a small German town, even though located at the real center, hotel complex offers an ultimate experience for a whole day of activities and amazingly peaceful sleep at night. The room and especially the bathroom were immaculately clean and maintained that way every single day by two, what seems, tirelessness ladies. Always smiling and polite. We kept receiving small gifts or candies/chocolates every single day. Breakfast was rich, fresh and tasty, and there was always something new every single morning to keep it exciting for longer stays. Spa zone had everything needed for few hours of relaxation. What a delightful experience was a dinner at Pfälzer Stube, one of the restaurants at Krone. Chef Fabio Daneluzzi, a top 50 chefs in Germany, prepared the food for the guests - food as well as plating created a fairy tale. The hotel is worth staying at just because of the restaurant itself. We felt special guests in a place hosted Helmut Kohl and George and Laura Bush.

Probably the cleanest Hotel room we've ever stayed in. Spotless. Friendly and helpful service. Secure underground garage. Being very close to the city center is also a plus.
