Location, right off the street. Overlooked the river and hostess was fantastic. Food was awesome and didn’t have to leave for anything once you arrive. The room was very dark and that was great! The bed spread was lighter than other hotels so I didn’t sweat. The breakfast was great, dinner fantastic. View of the river outside was very nice.

We started the Romantic Road at Rothenberg (2 nights) and...

We started the Romantic Road at Rothenberg (2 nights) and then stayed one night in Dinkelsbuhl and one night in Landsberg am Lech (then off to Fussen for a couple days). If I did this again, I would make a quick stop at Dinkelsbuhl but stay 2 nights in Landsberg instead. Landsberg had more energy and natural beauty, while still getting that small Bavarian town feel.

Landsberg is a very cute city.

Landsberg is a very cute city. Was a great place to stay and central to where we were going. Went north to Augsburg, south to Fussen and west to Munich. Easy to take the train into Munich, but we had a car to take us to train station. Loved this town and this place was so convenient to getting around it. We had a great time.

Although Landsberg am Lech is a small town with a lot of history. There are a number of walking tours available to be taken on your own or in a group. Information at the Town Hall is provided in English too! Old part of town with cobblestone streets and new part of town meld to create an appealing visit for all, including a variety of ethnic restaurants and ice cream parlors and many photo opportunities!

The town of Landsberg is a beautiful historic place, filled...

The town of Landsberg is a beautiful historic place, filled with quiet corners as well as vibrant life along the main street, where shops and cafes can be found. The embankment along the river and the scenic walks surrounding it are also highly admired. The river forms channels that flow through the town, especially around the spa area. There are many city gates and towers, with the Bayertor being the most famous among them.

Lovely old style German town.

Lovely old style German town. We were there at the same time as the Christmas market which was quite magical. Lots of interesting local sights including a hydro power station! A good selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes available too.

Wow what a little gem. Underground parking for motorbike. Room was excellent. Radiators worked as it was cold and wet and needed to dry some gear. They even did my laundry. Excellent Excellent Service. The Breakfast is excellent 👌

I liked the bar restaurant downstairs....even tho the hotel clerks never told us it was there...the bartender saw us struggling to find a drink...he was walking through to his shift... Also they charged us breakfast...we did not eat because there was a convention there and everything was for the convention. so That made me mad I stayed there because of onsite bar restaurant BUT not open for us....

Fabulous! Yesteryear-fashioned sartorial elegance from the gentleman by whom we were greeted was a very welcome treat. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, in a spacious salon overlooking a pretty thoroughfare. Parking was easy and safe in the hotel's garage.

Great hotel, very unique decoration. The family room was big. The owners are super nice and helpful. I misunderstood on booking.com and thought breakfast was included. But there are plenty of cafes to have breakfast around the hotel. This hotel is unique and full of character.

It was totally out of expectation, especially the breakfast, which was one of the best breakfasts I had during the whole trip The hotel is near the highway exit and rounded by several supermarkets. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.
