Everything was clean and new. They were under construction, but they were very accommodating.

Cheapness, first floor with reception and restaurant are clean and beautiful. They even have a piano

Absolutely huge suite with two bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower. Two sets of closets a living room area and large bedroom. Two televisions. Great wifi, bed was harder than we're used to, but still very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Clean as a whistle and the Minibar was included (non alcoholic). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was top notch and my room was very clean/cozy. We were a large group of 11 and the staff was so nice to set us up easily so we could have breakfast and meals together.

Great experience at Plaza Premium Cologne Hotel! They allowed us to check in early and check out late, which made our stay so much easier. The rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Welcoming and friendly host. The Hotel is well located, very clean and confortable. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variaties. There is even a parking space! The host is just extremely nice, he guided us to the parking, served us coffee and indicated what to go visit in the area :) In this Christmas period, Hotel Arkade is the best choice!

Room was prepared for our arrival, it was super clean, welcome water and chocolate was very nice too. We were more than happy to stay there

Clean and easy self-check in. And the available drinks (with pay of course) in each room.

Horrible at reception, upon arrival at the stadium the bathroom was disorganized, I do not recommend it.

Location is perfect. The S-Bahn station has the P + R . It is great access to go other places. No stress finding parking.
