Every aspect of our stay was truly exceptional. Our family enjoyed all the offerings of this home (paddle boarding, grilling, bonfire and soaking up the views). Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and delightful. They were a great resource for information and suggestions on activities. We all hope to return to this haven.

Beautiful little inn in a beautiful little town. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and the dinners in their restaurant were the best in our whole vacation. Don't miss out on eating there. You will be so glad you did. And the staff was so friendly. Definitely a high point on our journey.

We enjoyed everything about this property. Family owned, extremely friendly and accommodating… my sister had diet restrictions, at breakfast the owner literally went to the bakery to retrieve bread she could eat for the rest of our stay. Rooms are amazing and location is perfect.

The city is nice, but not near the main highlights around...

The city is nice, but not near the main highlights around Bodensee. Basically you can use it as a sleeping location, but does not offer much more. Of course this goes in line with the price. It is cheaper than other more interesting locations.

A beautiful location and a very good summer resort,...

A beautiful location and a very good summer resort, particularly for families. The village is pretty, there are several good restaurants and the open-air lido by the lake would be attractive for families in the summer. Both Lindau and Friedrichshafen are nearby and have lots of interest.

Our first floor room had additional facilities (balcony, fridge) and was large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and there was a wide range of interesting buffet items, individually portioned in reusable glass containers in a refrigerated display. A model of sustainability. All the staff were very helpful. Free guest parking outside the hotel. The hotel garden was pretty. The railway station was very close and we had an included Echt Bodensee card which gave us free rail travel in the area.

What a beautiful location near the lake with easy access to rail (over the road) with direct line to Lindau old town. Great food at hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and next to hotel. Great find - will stay here again.
