Czech RepublicWe were very satisfy with the hotel. We traveled with kids. The beds were very comfortable and the roomes spaceus, with nice balcony. The kids were very happy about the hotel garden where they can play and also about the little pets zoo :-D (rabbits, guinea pigs and aquariums with fishes). The breakfast was fantastic, lot of different options. The location is perfect, enough space to park a car, very close to the historical city center.

This place is amazing.
This place is amazing. It's wonderfully compact and had very few tourists. You can explore it easily in a day and we ate very well in the local restaurants.
The city walls are impressive and you can freely wander around them at any time and at no cost. We even went up last thing at night after eating dinner. If the town was not so isolated it would not be as peaceful and calm.
Eiscafe Adria was a superb place for a coffee and ice-cream. A really classic German experience (although I suspect it's Italians running it).
We felt like sushi and restaurant BaTu delivered great food, drinks and a lovely dining experience.
We were travelling with teenagers (who are obsessed with Attack on Titan), so this town completely blew them away.

Nördlingen is a charming walled town. Totally walkable.
Nördlingen is a charming walled town. Totally walkable. There are lots of old cobbled streets to explore and beautiful old buildings to admire. The Stadtmauer Museum, Crater Museum and Stadtmuseum are all worth a visit. Take a walk up the tower at St George's Church for an amazing view. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants to enjoy too. Highly recommend.

A fantastic medieval town worth a day or two!
A fantastic medieval town worth a day or two! Walk the fully preserved town wall for a unique perspective, climb the Daniel Tower for stunning views, and visit the impressive cathedral. Don’t miss the asteroid museum to learn about the town’s impact crater origins. From March to October, the train museum near the station is a great attraction. And fun fact—it’s the hometown of a legendary football player. Guess who?

Nördlingen is very much like Rothenburg o.d.
Nördlingen is very much like Rothenburg o.d. Tauber but not so heavily commercial. It is a very nice town to walk in. Our daily wants/needs were fulfilled easily by the local shops and restaurants. We never encountered any resident on the street that seemed unfriendly are rushed by when I asked a question (in German). Nördlingen is a very nice little town to visit. Brian B.

It is an interesting town but not as pretty as Dinkelsbul or...
It is an interesting town but not as pretty as Dinkelsbul or as olde-worlde as Rothenburg. The buildings here are larger, and the main selling point is that its walls are complete and you can walk all the way around. There are also some good museums, one about the city walls and one about the meteorite that landed here. The latter is all in German but they were able to lend us a tablet with English translations. We stayed 2 nights but one would probably have been enough.

Noerdlingen is a wonderful old city with a complete wall...
Noerdlingen is a wonderful old city with a complete wall that you can walk around. From the cathedral tower you can see the rim of the Ries meteor crater that the city is in. The agent in the city's tourist information office was very helpful.

Oh my God - what an adorable place just a few minutes walk from the heart of Nördlingen! The hosts are wonderful, the place is perfectly clean, and the apartment has everything you could need. Highly recommend! So glad I’ll be staying here regularly this summer - already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel was in a great location. Directly across from the train station in yet close enough to the old town that you could easily walk in. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There was a fan in the room to help with the heat.

Big clean room with a balcony area. Breakfast was lovely particularly the eggs cooked to order and the staff in the cafe were kind. Couldn't be more central in Nordlingen.
