As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe the whole time.

we keep coming back and staying there a few times a year...Heppenheim is like a time capsule plunging into a lovely medieval village around the market square and the Bergstrasse. The Achat Hotel used to be Michels, and management changed a year or so ago. What we really liked is that all the staff seemed to have been rolled over. They are super friendly, the rooms are nice, clean and good quality and the brekfast buffet is always a treat!

Beautiful building in the centre of town. Rooms were clean and up to date. Breakfast was plentiful and the presentation was beautiful. Note that there is no elevator so suitcases need to be carried up the stairs, however employees happened to be there and helped us with that. No complaints.

It's a relatively cheap hotel right in front of the train station. The room was basic but clean.

Nice and quiet location. Beautiful view out the back balcony. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety. Hostess is very welcoming and helped ensure we received our key as we were running a bit late for check-in.

Leo was an exceptional host, who always put forth 100++% professional and friendly attitude, and helped us enjoy our stay. Kudos to Leo, not enough can be said…Bravo!

The Hotel is easy to locate , the staff are professional and friendly . I Stayed there for 5 Days and liked my stay .

Clean. Big room. Not big but good breakfast. Great location for a dog owners. Outside a lot of places to go for a walk. Closest store only 7min to drive by car

It has been updated since we stayed there in 2016-lovely job! Everything was clean and comfortable. It is very close to the homes of our friends in Alsbach which makes it very convenient for visits. The breakfasts were delicious and the owner and staff were very welcoming!

The location was awesome. Property is right next to the marketplace so fun to navigate the town. I wish I could remember her name but there was a food service girl who was very friendly and truly made our stay more enjoyable.
