Great food at the restaurant, kind staff at the front desk. Convenient location to Starnberg. Rooms were modern and super clean, and well insulated; it was very quiet. Good WiFi signal throughout the hotel.

The people at reception desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and equipped with a fan for the hot weather. The breakfast in the morning in the cozy dining room was top notch. We loved this place so much, we came back after a stay in 2012. Highly recommend.

Great coffee! Well, that was actually just a bonus. Truly great hosts, great location, amazing facility, so much to do a see. As cyclists and hikers, we definitely did both right out of the lodging. Oh, I should mention the young woman who worked at the breakfast room was truly sweet and professional -- thumbs up for her.

You exceeded expectations, the price is amazing for the hotel, the amenities are excellent, the location is amazing the food is great, the town is great, the Bartender was a little gruff, might of just had a bad day but everyone else was great. The room was like a 5-star hotel for a 3-star price. The breakfast was also great although we didn't know about the assigned seating.

Staff are nice. And it has great potential and good value but................. hotel has ONE Fxxxxxxxx HUGE PROBLEM....the door system is driver by phone codes. Walk out of your room with yr phone, you cannot get back in.. Do that at night and you are on the street for the night until staff return. Went out in your shirt, got cold, maybe you that is your last night, Some company sold them this SHITTY system and did the hotel a lot of damage. I know I have a similar small hotel in another country. We removed a similar system.

The manager was remarkably accommodating, flexible and easy to communicate with. He responded immediately to any questions and went out of his way to help make sure our stay was as relaxing and rejuvenating as it could be. Pöcking is a great location. Very easy access to the lake. Quite, no busy roads. Great Public transport. Good stores for food.
