The location is fabulous. That view in the evening and morning was speechless. Close to restaurants and public transport (railway to Kiel and Lübeck). Great and luxurious breakfast. Very clean both room and bathroom.

The bed was really big and comfy. The hot tub was a big pleasant surprise, although it makes a lot of noise, so not recommended to use late at night. The room is spacious, with great big windows and high ceilings. Parking was available at the property. There was no noise outside, a nice quiet location.

The staff were very friendly, the location wonderful, right on the lake promenade and close to shaded forest trails. I originally planned on one night but stayed an extra night because my dog and me needed to rest and it really was a perfect spot. As I expected (because I read reviews), the room was a bit dated but it had a charm. And we had a wonderful balcony with a lake view, which was really perfect on hot afternoons and evenings.
