Spacious room and friendly staff. I'm losing count, but this was probably the 6th time I stopped at this hotel. As it's halfway my journey, it's always a great joy when I reach the Carathotel!

Perfect location for budget travellers who want to explore Switzerland but are unwilling to pay a high price for Hotels or Supermarkets in Switzerland.

The people were exceptional and so good to me. The dinner was very fast coming out and the risotto with chestnuts and vegetables and the best. Breakfast was abundant and lots of variety also the beds were sooo comfortable. They were very accommodating to my cat.

We loved the breakfast, the staff & Maria ( owner). We would definitely recommend to friends or book ourselves again. The only downside was the cost of the taxi from the airport.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful, incredibly easy to check in, parking is great. Nearby many restaurants as well as inside a shopping centre. Quite large rooms with cleanliness. If you have a car and going to do something in Basel, stay here instead of Basel, cheap and great.

Everything in the room was very clean. Location is perfect. You can reach the French part just by walk. Around of hotel was very silent and peaceful!

The location. 15 minutes from Basel. Free parking. Clean and quiet.

This small nice 3 stars Hotel in Weil am Rhein was cleaner than many 4 stars hotel in Dubai! Rooms are nice and staff are friendly.

Loved our stay—a perfect location within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and Christmas markets.

The location was perfect for the Viking Cruise we were taking. We were able to walk to the port. The morning staff were really warm and helpful. Loved the old building.

Amazingly unique hotel with historical architecture, contemporary comfort, and excellent service. The people, the service were exemplary. I am extremely happy that I chose and stayed in this beautiful location.

Sara was lovely and amazing, always smiling and helpful. The hotel is well kept, rooms are very cozy and the parking is awesome. Very good breakfast, especially the freshly cooked scrambled eggs. The ice cream is home-made, unique and super tasty. We will definitely visit it again and we can only recommend it!

The property is next to a supermarket and cafe, so although it didnt have a kitchen or cooking facilities to hear or cook, it had a mini fridge. The room and bathroom was big and very functionable. Jens answered nearly every question within minutes. Checkin was easy (once you worked it out) and Jens was more than happy to help store my luggage after checkout time as it was raining and i needed to get a few things to waterproof my items. He even gave me extra time as it was too wet to get to the trainstation.

Everything! Location was awesome. Staff was exceptional and very professional. Loved the small town.
