The location is excellent, we loved the food at the bar downstairs. The private balcony in the ocean view room is amazing, a great place to relax and watch the pelicans! I was a little concerned that the room didn’t have air conditioning but we found that the fan and the breezes coming through the windows kept us cool enough. The room is well appointed with dishes, silverware, and cups in case you want to prepare food.

This was my favorite acomodation during my one week stay in Dominica. I loved the view, the outdoor setting, being fully in nature. it was very quiet, just a rooster to wake up :-) which was lovely. I really liked everything.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport; essentially after a long day of travel to Dominica, we just wanted a quick taxi ride to a hotel to relax and unwind. The hotel was a great choice for this. We were there in mid-February 2025 and there was evidence of a 'former glory' (prior to a hurricane, perhaps) in the form of an outdoor courtyard, bar and stage. There was construction in process and I have hopes for a bright future for this facility as the entire staff was extremely welcoming, attentive and informative. Since there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we requested a dinner there, which was superb as was the breakfast the following morning. After breakfast, we walked about 45 minutes, mostly downhill and quite scenic, back to the airport to get a rental car and began our exploration of Dominica. Some travelers might choose to do it differently and immediately leave the airport area to 'see the sights'. I have no regrets; primarily because of the friendly staff at the Classique International.

It was a well organized space, very clean and easy to find when using Google maps. It's in a quiet area with neighbours who greet you, and there no no angry dogs to chew on you. And the kitchen is so cute!

Such a pretty little place with 4 great restaurant choices

Such a pretty little place with 4 great restaurant choices We loved Coral Reef hidden at the back of the general store! Also good were Nets of Reef brightly coloured and the most obvious Sandbar underneath a guest house Unique Sea view in the midst of the others so view not so unique as they all have a great one!

After travelling round the island for three weeks, this was...

After travelling round the island for three weeks, this was one of our favourite parts. Beautiful location, so many remote beaches to visit and good shops and restaurants locally. We loved turtle beach, be prepared to walk off the beaten track and be rewarded we also loved , and batibou bay, be prepared to pay at batibou a small fee. We ate at sandbar and coral reef, coral reef was amazing value for money and taste. You definitely need a car to get about and see all the local places. Red rocks and chocolate factory and pointe baptiste bay are located in close proximity. If you go to chaudiere pool you will need a 4x4 for the roads leading to it, be very careful.

A small fishing village with stunning views.

A small fishing village with stunning views. Located within walking distance of Red Rocks, which is jaw dropping beautiful. There are also very good restaurants in the area, Coral Reef and Poz. The area is safe and survesca good base to explore the northern parts of Dominica.

The room is in a great and beautiful garden. Location was near to visit red rock, number one, Batibou beach, chaudiere pool... Caroll gives good advice to visit other place. She is a beautiful, kind and energic person. A big big up for the Breakfast!! We enjoyed thanks!

The host met us and told us about the area. There is also an excellent web site. I loved star gazing and breakfast on the deck. There is also plenty to do and the gin distillery and chocolate factory are walking distance as is a local beach.

A nice location with beautiful island views and easy access to a brackish beach. Cottage was very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and lovely and can arrange transport around the island (for a fee)
