1) Living room is enormous with sofa and a table next to the balcony. The bedroom is slightly smaller but it is fine. It has a very good functional, quiet air conditioner. The living room has a fan, a FULL size fridge, microwave oven, stove , hot water boiler, and coffee maker. It is quite well equipped. Like many others hotels with kitchen, if you want to do some cooking, you need to get your own cooking oil and condiment. This is not an issue at all because the hotel has a restaurant with a complete menu that you don’t need to cook. I had a grill lobster and I would rather eat there then spend the time to cook it . 2) WiFi- Steven told me it has a router in EVERY room so the WiFi is really strong and you can do your work there. 3) Shampoo, soap, tooth brush , paste are all provided. 4) House keeping is done every day and garbage emptied. . In the U S, you have to pay for daily house keeping. You might get towel change once every 3 days. The garbage stays there for 3 days and you have to put it outside the door. This place has daily house keeping. 5) Room lighting. I like bright rooms. The rooms are very well lit. There are hidden light in the living room. Inside by the bed , there is very bright wall lamp. I really like the lighting. 6) The onsite restaurant offers 3 meals a day. I ate 3 meals there and I was happy with it. 7) Being next to a river means you can listen to the soothing sound of the river. 8) Shower room. Strong water. 9) Close to Indian river where you can take a cruise. I read that not far away, you can do a whale watching cruise. I walked to Fort Shirley and did a few trails there so the location is really many things. 10) Nearby there are 3 small convenient stores /mini-markets. 11) Bonus- Steven gave me a ride to the bus stop where I took a bus to the airport for 8 ECD. No extra charge for luggage.

Really great stay! Everything was comfortable; the hot water shower worked well, nice fridge/microwave/hot water kettle/French press for coffee. Even if you book the room with garden view, you still get a sea view! Dinner at restaurant absolutely amazing!

Nothing. This was a disaster trip. The host and his son made it difficult for us. I had booked an all-inclusive, but food was a limited food and outside of our dietary restrictions. The owner failed badly to provide alternatives. As a result, most of the time, we were hungry. There were no places around this neighborhood to get anything to eat. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

The owners made me feel right at home. I got in late on a Sunday and they cooked me an evening meal. In the morning, we all shared breakfast, and I was shown around the property, which has all sorts of growing fruits and vegetables. There’s a beautiful view from the top. Truly paradise.

Rooms have a great view of the river. Staff is amazing and very responsive. Had a slight issue with shower thar was corrected very quickly. Lots of fruit trees on property. My son lived off the mangos and guava. Walking distance to diving (scuba) shop. Grocery walking distance (unless stacking up on water). Beach and restaurants are 5 minute drive.
