Everything! Everyone on the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

The location is amazing though you need to have a car otherwise I do not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was really nice with a variety of options. It could even be better if they added scrambled and fried eggs. We had access to two pools and also the coast which was really beautiful and nice.

We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted right away by Mohamed. He helped us with our luggage and was a wealth of information. He was such a pleasurable man. We had a little difficulty with our air conditioning. Mohamed helped us. Robert the maintenance gentleman came right away and fixed it for us, Along with our TV for a few English speaking channels. Robert was also very helpful and kind. The ladies in the breakfast area were also very pleasant. When we checked out Mohamed was right there to help with the luggage and wished us a safe journey. What wonderful employees this hotel has. Our room was also spotless, quiet and comfortable. Thank you to all.

Always a favourite, clean, comfortable, good parking, good wifi, pet friendly, great location for shopping, etc. Great value for money.

Staff were fabulous. I prefer a softer mattress, but an amazing experience so we extended our visit by a day.

Staff and facilities has been exceptional. Mira and Mirriam and their colleagues on other shifts on reception and roof top has been wonderful with their genuine hospitality and professionalism. Made me feel truly welcome and made a difference to a fantastic stay.

Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace & small pool with a view of the hilltop Alcazaba. Convenient location within walking distance of cafes, tapas bars, the Alcazaba, city centre shopping, the bus station etc. Pedro was a helpful host who recommended a fab tour of Tabernas & the local tapas bar 'Nuestra Tierra'.

The location is simply perfect—right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Almería. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. From local specialties to international choices, everything was well-presented and delicious—definitely one of the highlights of my stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the views. Whether from the room or the common areas, the hotel offers beautiful panoramas of the city, creating a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic combination of prime location, excellent breakfast, and stunning views—an excellent choice for anyone visiting Almería.
