Comfortable beds. Location in the center of town, close to free parking. Very kind and helpful hosts. Wonderful made-to-order breakfast. Elorrio is a lovely town. We initially chose this hotel because it was only 30 min away from Bilbao airport. But we also ended up enjoying walking around the town and people-watching in the main square in the evening.

Very friendly staff, close to highway, free and plenty of street parking , underground parking, very clean, nice bar. You can pay (15 Eu) for a rather good breakfast buffet , or just have coffee and a croissant at the bar. Big room.

It's a beautifully restored historic building, which felt elegant and cozy. All the staff were both kind and patient with my poor Spanish. It's a short walk from downtown Oñati, and a short drive from Arantzazu.

Great place to stay, very quite area with a lot of trees, golf course and the best of all is that it is in the mountains. Staff were very courteous and help me to get a safe place out of the rain for my motorcycle. Restaurant and food was great.

First of all the hotel was a rectangle with rectangular rooms, a rare find in Europe. The bed was a king size and very comfortable. As for the town, we found it very picturesque and charming. Most restaurants don't open until 8:00pm which is common in Spain. My wife's maiden name is Mondragon so we went to the city hall to get find out more about the town. We got the royal treatment from the service manager herself. She gave us maps and talked with us about the history of the town. She then left her office and gave us a personal guided tour with access to the town hall meeting room and cupola. Her service was above and beyond anything that I expected. The very next day was a festival day with a running of bulls though the city. Unfortunately we had a strict itinerary and couldn't stay one more day. Check the calendar of cultural events online before you go so that you don't miss out like we did.

Brand new refurbished hotel in an interesting, Basque speaking city (English catered for).Top quality all round. Secure, free, motorcycle parking, but space is limited. Excellent value for money and a good choice of vegetarian food in the restaurant (best in the city). Free tea and coffee in the lounge area beside reception. First class linen, and whisper quiet air conditioning. The suites are huge and worth paying a little extra for.

My room was large, clean, tidy, and comfortable and was large enough in which, to store my bicycle. The person who was on reception when I arrived and served me breakfast was helpful and kind and spoke English really well. The breakfast was adequate and kept me satisfied until lunchtime. The hotel is centrally located and easily found. I would return to the hotel again.
