This was one of my favorite experiences on the Camino dal Norte. The room was comfortable. I got a great nights sleep. The couple who own this Pension take a great deal of pride in the service they provide and it shows. I felt welcomed as though I were visiting family. Dinner was home cooking at its best.

Soto de Luiña was an absolute delight on the Camino. The albergue/accommodation was clean, welcoming, and had that calm, cozy vibe that hits just right after a long walk. The town is small but full of character, with a peaceful charm that made it easy to unwind. Slept like a rock and woke up refreshed and ready to go. A truly great stop — everything just worked here. One of those places where your Camino rhythm resets beautifully.

When we got to the hotel we discovered we had mistakenly booked a single rather than a double room. Our host rectified the booking and accommodated us. We enjoyed home cooked food during our stay as well as very comfortable, clean facilities. Loved it there!

Nice facilities, had our own bathroom so it was really more like a hotel than a pension. The dinner at the cafe was lovely with THE best hostess - the lady who prepares and serves the food is so energetic and kind!

After walking 8 hours with no food, the pilgrim menu was very welcome. Lovely smiley lady overfed us with vegetable soup, egg, chips and salad and a divine crema de queso. The hotel is kitty corner to the bar.
