Amazing experience ideal for those looking for a lovely quiet place - very friendly staff, new urban style hotel, very calm and quiet, super green with singing birds, cool pools esp. with jacuzzi, direct access to the beach - in a very quiet area of San Agustin, private houses on one side and one hotel on another, few nice local fish restaurants around as well, for those who are not on all inclusive or want to eat seafood - i also stayed 1 night in the suite on the 1st floor - feels like in Carribean; i attached fotos with less foundable views (out of the balcony, food in the hotel restaurant, lobby, from the pool)

Amazing stay from start to finish! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially at reception. They even kept in touch during the stay and shared info about events, which was really thoughtful. The food was delicious at every restaurant. The pool area was always spotless, and the service was great. Housekeeping was excellent, loved the little chocolate on the bed each night! The spa was super relaxing with really professional masseuses. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Our first trip to Gran Canaria exceeded our expectations. As soon as we crossed the threshold of the hotel, we realized that the choice of hotel was ideal. Warm welcome, amazing staff (mostly Elio), cleanliness, location… We have visited many countries, stayed in various hotels, but never felt such a sincere and individual approach to the customer by the staff. This is the strong point of this hotel.
