Everything. The room, the bed, the views, the bath, the pool, my to-go breakfast for my early departure, and the staff! Absolutely incredible top notch service and amenities. I was so pleased to stay there and sad I had to leave.

The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the Asturian mountains feels unreal. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and beautifully maintained, and the bedding is truly high-end (excellent mattress and pillows, great linens) — I slept incredibly well. Service is on another level: both the staff and the management are outstanding, genuinely warm, and always ready to help with anything, quickly and proactively. The food was also a highlight — consistently delicious and well prepared. Nothing to criticize. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property. Exceptional views. Alejandro was an excellent host and full of local knowledge and suggestions. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a number of homemade and local items. There is some, but not unlimited, off-street parking. Playa Espasa, good for swimming, was accessible via a 30-ish minute walk.

Tiny hamlet reached by winding mountain road, but 25 minutes...

Tiny hamlet reached by winding mountain road, but 25 minutes from the coast. Beautiful mountain views, sheep and cows roaming freely on the mountain side. Posada del Valle is the best place to stay. Dinner and breakfast are top notch and they can also prepare a nice picnic lunch for you to take when you go hiking.
