The hotel is a preserved palacio , built in 1525, the architecture inside makes you feel as if going back in time. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and a tub in the bathroom. The hotel provides different options for breakfast - buffet, a set menu or the possibility to pick a pastry or sandwich from the café in the morning. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty. The host was very kind- make sure you have some Spanish in your vocabulary! He arranged a taxi to pick me up in the morning as it was further off the trail that I imagined. The room/apartment was beautiful and the two dogs very sweet. The location is gorgeous- I wished I could have stayed longer!
