SpainIt’s quaint and so perfectly located in a quiet spot next to green pastures, just behind the beach and some good sandbars. It was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Well equipped. Big refrigerators. Comfortable and clean bedding. There’s ample parking too. And each studio and larger apartment has its own sitting area if you want to sit outside and have a smoke or a refreshment. I must say that, the owner or manager named Fran was what made this stay exceptional and positive. We had an unexpected plumbing problem and he addressed the problem immediately, proactively and thoughtfully. He really took care of us and ensured that our experience there would be untainted. Special thanks to Fran for making it a pleasure to stay there. He provided excellent hospitality. And I will definitely return there, to stay and surf El Palmar. Don’t hesitate to stay there. It is basic, yes, but it is clean, comfortable and safe.

El Palmar is a great surf town.
El Palmar is a great surf town. During he high season when things are open, it really is a perfect get away. There are many surf schools and restaurants and cute shops. We went down for the week so that our kids could do a surf camp. There is a small grocery store in the town. If you are looking for a bigger city, then El Palmar is not for you, but if you're just looking for a chill beach vibe - that does have a bit of a nightlife, then this is the place.

Some great bars and restaurants. Some great service ( Cerveceria La Palmarena) and some awful! ( el Cartero, though food was good).
Zoco had brilliant vibe. Lovely clean beaches. Overall sleepy chilled place to kick back. Shame so many stalls were closed. For the season perhaps?

This is a beautiful and peaceful stay in El Palmar. It has a private pool which was the main draw for us, it was a perfect size and so nice to have it to ourselves. It was great to have an outdoor patio and bbq too. We stayed as a couple but it would be perfect for a small family as it has two rooms.
Maria the owner was lovely too. We don’t speak any Spanish but she was patient with us and used translate to share important info.

The location of the property is the best in El Palmar. The hostess Theresse is super nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything working well. 10/10 would recommend and we’ll be returning for sure.

Really nice study close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay for a surfing week in el palmar. The studio is well equiped and you find everything you need.
