The property is new, clean, modern, not loud, the rooms are big enough and has an amazing staff. The area is pretty calm which is good because the island can get loud at night because of parties. The breakfast has a lot of options, everything is fresh and tasty. The property might send you a link from which you will have to pay (that’s something i’d like to mention because scams are common on booking.com), but after emailing the hotel, they confirmed the payment through the link, and everything went fine. Amazing price for such hotel in high demand season!

the pool by the room is perfect for young kids. The staff were so helpful. The location is quiet and perfect for young families, close enough to beach and restaurants if you want to leave the resort.

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at – a cosmic blend of luxury hotel standards with the warmth and comfort of home. The service was truly outstanding: on the very day I arrived, my glasses broke, and since it was the weekend I couldn’t find anywhere to repair them. The hotel staff not only connected me with the right place but were also available for every question or request I had. A place like this is rare – everyone should experience it at least once in their lifetime. Oh, and don’t get me started on the food! The rooftop restaurant doesn’t just serve amazingly delicious dishes – it’s a full experience, almost like a show. If you’re there, don’t miss the smoked steak tartare – absolutely unforgettable.

The breakfast and dining experience was equally impressive; every meal was freshly prepared, delicious, and presented with flair. Everything was great, the room was comfortable and included all needed equipment and facilities. The food was great. The pool area was clean and the staff was friendly. In short one of the best vacations I had in the last years. Very recommended.

Our stay was everything we expected and more, the rooms were contemporary, comfortable and beautifully designed, with access straight to the pool. Staff were attentive and friendly making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had only just opened but any small hiccups were sorted immediately. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful looking villas surrounded by luscious and meticulously kept tropical landscaping. The hotel is spread over quite a large area with a lot of hills, but the staff will happily chauffeur you to your room in a buggy as often as you like. This is a pro for me but maybe a con for others - the hotel is very quiet, relaxing and tranquil, even moreso in the evenings. Do not go there to expect to party/socialise but to enjoy peace and relaxation. We booked a standard room and this was the largest standard hotel room I have ever stayed in. It had 2 floors, 2 showers, a bath, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Terrace accessible from downstairs is the same size as most modern hotel rooms and featured a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two loungers. All with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Upstairs also also had a balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. WiFi in the room was great, and generally good across the whole hotel complex. In short, the rooms are amazing. The hotel has 3 pools on 3 different levels in the centre of the hotel. There was no problem in getting a lounger directly at the pool at any time of the day. Pool and it's surroundings were very clean and the loungers very comfortable. Parasols available for every 2 beds. Pools get sunshine throughout the day without almost no shade. Overall, pool. experience was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food was good to great at the 2 restaurants, we never had a single bad experience dining. Perhaps the best thing about the stay was the staff. Every single member of staff is courteous, obliging and friendly. They work exceptionally hard to make you feel that you are well cared for in their hands. I would especially like to thank Anastasias at reception; Fernando and Hugo our bellmen; and Juan, Giselle and Diego at La Torre who delivered a custom birthday cake to my son which made the evening very special.

Additionally, the hotel organized live entertainment every evening, from rock and jazz musicians to captivating flamenco dance performances, which added an extra touch of enjoyment to our stay. A special shout-out to Christofer, Javi, and Gabbriel, the bar staff, for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and professional service, along with their warm attitude, made our time at the hotel even more memorable. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The cleaneliness of the suite, the pool, the excellent food and ontstanding service

The staffs were amazing, especially the concierge in the lobby! The complementary chocolates and spa access were a nice touch. The hotel looks amazing too. The room is massive and comfortable.

The food was exceptional, the staff was amazing. Overall it's very clean, with a nice bathroom. The food in the hotel is AMAZING, it is even beyond AMAZING. The restaurant is INCREDIBLE, literally we were in awe of the food for the first three days and then we were just enjoying it.

The staff are grate they make you feel important. The lady that cleaned are room was so nice and did it so well. Everything was so clean and the food was grate and the service in the dining hall was also grate. Everything at RIU Arecas was 10/10 Thank you for making our holiday so grate.
