Room: 1st room had a smell, reception has changed immediately and was following up with call, while we were out of hotel. The room was bigger and amazing, very clean, big bed, very nice panoramic view. Thanks again! Beach: its ok, open public beach, you have to bring your bed, umbrella etc. hotel has no arrangement there. So people they do not know (like us) recommended to bring your own beach items, to avoid buying there in the shops for higher price. Pool: its ok, we did not use to be honest, due to "some" reasons we try to reduce to minimum to use crowded people... Reception: FANTASTIC people, so friendly, smiling, explaining everything perfectly! Ms. Mercedes specially, others name i do not remember so cannot mention, including the restaurants staff. Main reason to come back to this hotel may be to see again Mercedes. :) My sone birthday they spotted and when we came to the room they arranged cake and bottle of rose wine in the ice. It was really a bog surprise! thank you to everyone who implemented this in this hotel and who is arranging professionally. Many Thanks!!!!

We Love it that’s why we returned and will do next year hopefully We were not 100% satisfied with the room It was noisy and for 10 Days the closet is not the best If we have to get a better one just let us know

The very large 1 bdrm suite with kitchenette, 2 balconies, beautiful view of resort pool area and beach/ocean in background. Easy access to beach. Very comfortable bed, pillows, room climate, shower and bathroom.

Beautiful hotel and nice breakfast. The indoor(ish) pool is lovely, and the rooftop pool has amazing view to the ocean. I fully recommend this hotel.
