The staff were wonderful . I mentioned I was cold ( no heat no ac) just like the old days they brought xtra blankets and space heater. It’s in the middle of everything yet was very quiet? Yet still a real town great evening tapa scene.

One of the best and "coolest" places I've stayed in! It is very clean and the decor/style is modern. Staff are super friendly, check in/check out was easy, no complaints! 100% will stay here again if visiting.

We've stayed in La Laguna on a number of occasions and this is without doubt the very best place we have stayed. Perfect location, quiet, clean and beautiful. We will most definitely return!

Great location but very noisy. I read that in the reviews but didn’t understand quite how loud it actually was. You can hear through the walls and the shutters don’t provide any noise reduction…still worth the beautiful room & convenient location. There’s two or three restaurants located on the first floor that have great staff & yummy dishes. I recommend trying the paella.

The location and facilities are excellent- and the people working there are amazing! Especially the girl at the reception- I believe her name is Maria - went above and beyond to help me not only with restaurant recommendations, but even making an appointment at a local dentist for me. Thank you so much!

I liked the size of the room, the cleanliness, the very well explained access and easy check-out. It was very spacious, the bathroom especially. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was perfect. Breakfast was gorgeous, full continental buffet selection style. Beds were so comfy. My room was very spacious, even had a sofa, kitchen and table and chairs, which I hadn't expected. The place was spotless clean. Fantastic bus service which made getting to the hiking trails very easy, just 10 mins on a bus. Had never been to north Tenerife but La Laguna is a beautiful town, not overly busy but still lively and authentic. Will be back!

Staff, food, comfort and location - all are exceptional!

Breakfasts had 4 vegan options, with at least one new one each day of the week we stayed. I have not experienced that level of detail for veggies and vegans in a mainstream hotel before. The room was spotless and the sound proofing was superior to many hotels we've stayed in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were all superb and professional. Helpful when we had a problem, or needed something. A great place from which to walk out into the city, with good bus routes, and about 10 minutes from the nearest tram stop. Both could take you to the Adan Martin Theatre (we got to see some quality ballet there that week). The hotel price was at the higher end; but I was so pleased we made that decision. It would be my first choice if we were to return.

Very very nice. Big comfortable bed with lots of pillows of all different sizes. Very large screen TV. Lovely pool area with super friendly staff and a little bar. Had a salmon wrap and some coffees. Delicious. Excellent location next to the big beautiful park I would highly recommend walking through

Loved the location, the breakfast was decent and the parking was cool to have since we drove there. I loved the quiet music that can be heard throughout the hotel. Also loved the jacuzzi at the last floor

The room was spacious with a great view of the mountains and the sea. The staff was wonderfyl.

Facilities, location, breakfast

It was so fancy! We loved the buffet breakfast - It was great. Jacuzzi had an amazing view of the city from the rooftops. Also, the location was in a beautiful tropical park with nice frogs. It was great!

Location is fantastic, wifi in the room was excellent, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A nice floor fan was provided to keep the room cool.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was very central, many restaurants, shops around, but also quiet at nights. Nice breakfast, comfy beds.

The apartment is large and roomy. There are a/cs in both the bedroom and the living/kitchen area. The bedroom a/c was not working well when we arrived but, they had it repaired quickly. The shower was large and there was plenty of hot water; bed was King-size and comfortable. The TVs in both bedroom and living area had streaming apps, like Netflix, HBO, preloaded so we were able to watch movies when we wanted to. Location was excellent for Northern Tenerife, 2 blocks up from the plaza de Espana, where there is an underground parking garage. There are lots of restaurants and shops just uphill from the hotel. We had a car but could not connect to the GPS but found a small tech store where we bought a sim card; problem solved. I would definately stay here again, if I return to Tenerife.

Loved the hotel. Very easy to access and super responsive and nice staff. Very clean and totally worth for the value. Will come back for sure!
