The room was really nice and big. The staff was very nice. The Restaurant was excellent. We were taken care of by Manual, he was wonderful. It's right on the Camino. And very close to the Airport.

Pension is right on the Camino. We had a private twin room that was clean and comfortable. There is a large communal kitchen. There is a washer and dryer, but i couldn’t find any where to hang my laundry. The back yard was huge with loungers and tables. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store near by, just be aware that if you are here on a Sunday, there is only 1 restaurant available and grocery store is closed.

We loved this place. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The bathroom had a nice size tub. It has beautiful gardens to enjoy. While it’s not on the Camino trail, 900m away, they do pick you up and return you to the trail. It’s a nice luxury before reaching Santiago de Compostela.

Jessica who checked us in and waited on us for dinner was the absolute best. My bag which I had transported did not arrive. I attempted several times by both phone and messages to contact the transport driver. He declined my calls. Jessica helped by calling the company-spent over 30 minutes on the phone to locate my bag. I believe if she had not taken the effort I would not have been reunited with my bag. Big Thanks Jessica. You are the best

Lavacolla is just a small village outside Santiago de Compostela airport. There is not much to see but it has a square and church. It's is slightly tucked away so much quieter than staying on main road. Fine location for staying one night.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but sorely lacking in surface space and towel hangers in the bathroom. The AC wasn't working and so we had to open the windows at night and the street noise was very loud. We felt the buffet breakfast was overpriced and not well staffed and the front desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly.

Lavacolla is, I’m guessing, mainly used as a stop off before...

Lavacolla is, I’m guessing, mainly used as a stop off before pilgrims continue their walk to Santiago. It’s also very close to the airport so useful for beginning and end of the Camino. The bar, A Concha, near the church and bandstand does good food!

Very small town but great for the night before arriving to Santiago de Compostela (if you are doing Saint James Way pilgrimage. It is also very close to the airport so you can use it as your base to visit Santiago as well as to go to the airport.

The airport can be reached on foot or by bus.

The airport can be reached on foot or by bus. Pleasant if the flight leaves very early. A small bar and restaurant is nearby and also has an evening menu for 16 euros, large salad, fish with potatoes, a drink + a small dessert.

The hotel has a perfect location. The airport bus stop is only about 20 meters from the hotel's main entrance. The hotel is small but very well maintained and with a very friendly team of employees. My room was warm and sunny, the bed was very comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. The food and beverage in the restaurant was very tasty, both dinner and breakfast. The room and bathroom were very clean. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Beautifully restored granite stone building with lots of original features, including an exceptionally well restored espigiro( granite store). The hotel is right on the Camino walking route. The owner was particularly friendly, giving us lots of local information, and the food was exceptional! The black seafood rice was outstanding!

The hotel was perfect for our needs. We got into the airport around midnight and were able to walk to the hotel, let ourselves in with a code and stay in a clean and comfortable room overnight. The owner was extremely helpful in giving us information about buses for the next morning.

A great place to stay, conveniently located near the airport. The hotel runs an airport shuttle at any time of day (i.e. 5am) to suit the guest. The pilgrim menu was the most expensive on the walk - but the scallops were delicious and the wine generous so still good value for money.
