Lovely property just off the Camino comfortable room and bed, wonderful terrace and sitting areas. Property owner was very kind to me when I got sick. Gave me a banana, apple and called taxi for me. Highly recommend.

Great food.

Great food. Our favourites were Zamburiñas, Pulpo a la gallega, Fabada Asturiana (Original)and of course the classic Cachopo. Special tip: Restaurant "La Guia". Always ask for a fresh mixed salad to share as products are often home grown/local. A great place as a base to visit places and beaches nearby. Covadonga, Arriondas, Poo, Llanes, Comillas, Picos de Europa mountains, etc.

Ribadsella is on the camino route so a lot of people pass...

Ribadsella is on the camino route so a lot of people pass through. which is a shame The town is nice and the local beach looks good. I visited the Tito Bustillo Cave which is fascinating with the bonus of prehistoric cave paintings (prebook a ticket).

A very welcoming little town with everything you could wish...

A very welcoming little town with everything you could wish for. After a few visits to different restaurants you find which to return to and which to avoid. You don't meet very many Brits which make it a unique experience. Plenty going on and just a relaxing environment to enjoy. The "Cachopa" has to be tried, but make sure your hungry, it takes some eating.

Beautiful little town.

Beautiful little town. They are fixing the main bridge and there's only one lane open. This causes horrible congestion, which makes getting a taxi nearly impossible. Otherwise, beautiful place.

The town is in a very compact area, around the harbour.

The town is in a very compact area, around the harbour. All the amenities are in walking distance, including a decent-sized supermarket. There is a larger supermarket about 10 minutes away by car. The beaches can also be reached on foot, they were spotlessly clean and have lifeguards on duty during the high season. The Tito Bustillo caves are well worth a visit for the amazing rock art that they contain.

Staying a few kilometres away from Ribadesella was a good...

Staying a few kilometres away from Ribadesella was a good decision. Parking in the town was difficult, and this was September. A lovely beach and promenade, and the Cueva de Tito Bustillo were well worth visiting. However, be aware that you need to book weeks in advance to be able to visit the cave. The information centre nearby is excellent, but not the same as seeing the real palaeolithic art.

The hotel is set in a beautiful and tranquil rural location. The grounds are lovely to sit and relax in. It is a 5 minute drive to Ribadesella town, the beach or the Tito Bustillo caves. There is a friendly bar serving good food and few minutes walk or drive away. The owners are charming and friendly. Breakfast is of excellent quality. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean.

This is a new addition to the old hotel which looks amazing. It has a Michelin star restaurant attached the breakfast was delicious and a great selection. The room was comfy and had a small separate room with a little sea view. Good bath, a fridge and safe. Value for money. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Secure parking which was free.

I arrived by train which is 10 minutes walk away (not so good walking back as it's all uphill!). Very comfortable room and good value for money. The lady in the shop/cafe was very friendly - it's where you have to check in. It's close to the shops and restaurants but then, Ribadesella isn't very big!

The location of the hotel, the hotel is centrally located, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a nice dining room. The elevator relieves transport to the higher floors. The room was worn, but the beds were comfortable with a good mattress .
