Our 5 day vacation was wonderful! Employees are very very very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face, ready to help and chat. Food - honestly, we have been living in the Canary Islands for 8 months now and we have never eaten better food anywhere. Clean and tidy rooms every day. The hotel and surroundings are also wonderful. We can't wait to come and rest in this oasis again :)

loved the big suites with two floors , the hotel was new and very clean , the breakfast and dinner were amazing . The staff was great.

Pool was excellent.Resort was quiet & relaxing.Staff friendly & attentive. Would highly recomend Fortuny resort to friends & relatives for relaxing holiday location. will return to Fortuny myself when travelling to Gran Canaria in the future if available.

The staff is incredibly friendly and food was amazing. Everyone we encountered was happy to work there and very kind. We were surprised by the high quality food since it’s all inclusive- would love to go back!

The pool, the breakfast, the staff and everything was amazing. Every room has its own private garden, which is amazing too. We had also amazing dinners on very reasonable price.

I get confused with date of arrival and departure and thanks to wonderful, professional and so helpful receptionist Karina I was able to to stay this extra days in spite of hotel being fully booked She was exceptional and kind person and all the staff was super Also Erica , so understanding

Comfortable rooms. We had a pool and sea view. Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and very fresh. We were b&b so paid for lunch in the brasserie, which was lovely. Great location...quiet! But only a 20 min walk to the lighthouse and commercial centre. Some lovely restaurants on the beach and a supermarket less than a 5 min walk from the hotel.

Perfect if you want to relax and enjoy a quiet environment. Great staff and live music every night.

Great Animation daily cleaning, not overcrowded

I had an incredible experience with stay at Maspalomas Princess Hotel during my trip to Gran Canaria . From the moment I arrived at Hotel, reception welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. It instantly made me feel welcomed. - food is always available and good types and assorted items can get you through the day without having to worry about it. - beverages are always served in restaurants and bars outside and close to the swimming pools. - there are nice guys from animation team with always having fun with them and making happy all the guests. It was heartwarming to stay with best hotel and so generous and kind.

The food was great, great variety, and great quality.

The hotel as very family and child friendly. We had an upgrade into a 2 - bedroom bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable. The playground was nice, as we all the dedicated staff for kids entertainment.

We stayed in one of their villa's and enjoyed every minute of our stay. A very beautiful villa, comfi beds, full kitchen, spacious living room, lovely outdoor space and heated pool. And breath-taking views every sun rise and sun set! Also, the host is super friendly and easy and fast to communicate with if you need anything.

Great place with highly professional staff, pool, jacuzzi, small basic outdoor gym and sauna are all clean and well maintained. Queen sized bed and all amenities included, will be back here if again in Gran Canaria.

Very nice houses for families, many swimming pools, walking distance to the ocean

Quality of everything was exceptional and the staff super-friendly and helpful. The food, buffet for breakfast and dinner, was fabulous - wide choice and well suited to anyone, like me, with multiple food intolerances. I have never enjoyed hotel food like it. Choice of swimming pools to suit all needs.
