Our 5 day vacation was wonderful! Employees are very very very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face, ready to help and chat. Food - honestly, we have been living in the Canary Islands for 8 months now and we have never eaten better food anywhere. Clean and tidy rooms every day. The hotel and surroundings are also wonderful. We can't wait to come and rest in this oasis again :)

Breakfast was great and the adult only pool is relax and not crowded. The room was big and it is easy to park the car.

Fantastic hotel, loved the staff and facilities and would absolutely stay again. Food could be better. In the morning it's hard to get eggs , they were always having to make more. You ended up waiting for quite basic elements of your breakfast. Dinner isn't always the same so don't count on specific items being available. Could be Mexican one night, Spanish another and basic buffet the next.

We loved the hotel. Very clean. Meals had lot of good and tasty options for us. We were happily surprised when our room was most of the mornings cleaned while we had breakfast.

Very good diversity of foods and drinks in all-inclusive that can satisfy any taste. loved ice cream machine at nights. Dinners were much better than lunch in general. Wide variety of salads and desserts. Balacony with amazing view of mountain and sea. Unbeatable price (with booking.com genius level 2 discount became very good deal), Jacuzzi, ping pong, Friendly and helpful reception. Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 Lunch 13:00 to 15:00 Dinner 18:30 to 21:45 Between those times also there was snack. So if you want to wake up late can survive with snack that includes tortilla, egg, sausages, beans as breakfast. The hotel offers a free shuttle service daily to playa del ingles and maspalmos. We never used it because the distance was 10 min by walking.

It’s rare to find such dedicated and caring staff who genuinely love what they do. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the fun spots in Maspalomas. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or excitement, this hotel has it all. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Hotel Axel Maspalomas to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The pool, the breakfast, the staff and everything was amazing. Every room has its own private garden, which is amazing too. We had also amazing dinners on very reasonable price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better if you are visiting clubs in Yumbo, Cita or Nilo commercial centers. Free parking is easily found nearby. 15-18 minute walk to PDI beach area. The naturist beach area at Kiosk 7 is about 50 minutes walking. Oh, excellent cooling and heating system!
