JapanWe had been traveling around Andalucia and this was by far the best place where we stayed. We were lucky to be able to extend our stay in this wonderful place. It is a new place so everything is immaculate, it is a little off beaten path but it the views and the peaceful atmosphere are totally worth it. Audrey and Steef were extremely helpful, they live on site but still you have absolute privacy. We will definitely be coming back!

SpainFantastic stay at a great hotel. The location is wonderful, and everything was spotlessly clean and stylish. The pool and outdoor patio is great for relaxing, and there are lots of different areas inside to enjoy. The room itself was beautiful! I hope to be back soon.

This is a great place from which to explore some rural...
This is a great place from which to explore some rural villages in Southern Spain. It is off the beaten track in that you need to drive up steep, curvy mountain roads to access it (approx. 15 minutes drive from the coast). Sayalonga is a lovely village to discover on foot (steep paths and roads - it's up a mountain!), with a couple of good restaurants, two small stores for groceries and friendly people. It is enchanting. There are plenty of hiking trails for the advanced walker. Unfortunately the little museum and Tourist Info office were closed during our stay, so cannot comment on them.

The village I've always driven through but never stopped. A more traditional village than some others in the area. Shops provide the necessary provisions and the retsaurants and bars offer great food and drink at reasonable prices.

This town is a hidden gem full of authentic charm and local flavor. It’s peaceful, welcoming, and offers a true taste of the region. The nearby beach is just a short 15-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy both mountain views and seaside relaxation. Local experiences like visiting Bodegas Bentomiz and dining at restaurants such as Jocavi and El Ruando add so much character — the food is fantastic, and the views are unforgettable. A perfect spot for a relaxing, culturally rich getaway.

45 mins from airport, 15 mins from beach, 30 mins from Nerja.
Locals all very friendly and welcoming

Breath-taking views; wonderfully hosted; very well equipped facilities; boho chic interiors; & a double aspect open kitchen overlooking Andalusian coastline… surely 2025 accommodation contender for ‘Malaga’s Best Kept Secret’!
LOVED our stay - just 45 min’s from Malaga airport; 25 minutes from Nerja; 90 minutes from Granada’s Alhambra Palace (& just 5 minutes from TripAdvisor’s top-rated restaurants in Sayalonga!)

Beautiful, confortable and well equipped house with stunning views, within easy reach to Sayalonga, lovely white village and its very welcoming people.
Lovely Nerja and its beautiful beaches is a 45mn drive from the house.
We wanted to be away from the crowds in a confortable house close to local spanish culture and nature, thats exactly what we have got! 😍🇪🇸

Location was perfect for getting around Sayalonga, lots of extras such as cooking oil, salt, tea coffee etc.
