Very nicely set up Castillo. Our room was big and clean. Common rooms and courtyard were fun to look through.

Not far from Salamanca. Easy parking. Very nice and spacious room. And food and water provided for our dog.

Wonderful historic property, well kept and modernized but authentic. Every meal was spectacular, and really enjoyed the wine tasting. Everyone we encountered was incredibly warm and hospitable.

The staff friendliness is exceptional. We forgot an item in the rooms, and after coming back to the hotel, the hostess at the reception was very helpful in finding the item for us! The stay was wonderful and definitely recommend.

Everything was good, The staf at the reception and restaurant were very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom had enough space, Internet was working fine and rooms were clean. No complains at all. Overall Good value for your money. Very recommendable.

Room size is good. Bed was really comfortable. Heater works well and there’s an AC too that’s currently set on “dry”(?) mode (since it’s winter). So the AC helps if you want to get the room much warmer specially when the heater is off (there’s a sched on when the heater turns on which i think is standard for the whole of Spain?) I’ve got a long desk/table which was really nice coz I need more space, and there’s some shelves above the desk too. There’s a kettle, cup, coffee, sugar in the room. And there’s a cabinet with hangers too. Hot water in the shower works well. And there’s are toiletries. There’s a pantry, living room/ dining room. And a fridge to store your food. Wifi works! And there’s a lift in the building. It’s near the bus station (less than 10min walk) but it’s just a little bit far from the city center/plaza mayor if you are going to walk (like around 30mins) but you can take the city bus instead. You check in and out on your own and i never saw the staff/admin during my stay (except for the cleaner) but you can send them a message on whatsapp or booking and they are responsive and accommodating :) thanks!
