We loved the location of the hotel. It was so central to all the sights. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. We can highly recommend Segovia and this hotel.

Our room had a king bed, which is hard to find. The room was large with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was included, so that was a great way to start the day. The staff at the front desk was awesome. Alberto and Maria helped us navigate our way about town and found us a driver to take us to Madrid airport. Great location, easy to walk to the aqueduct, cathedral, plazas, and Alcazar. We had a terrace that overlooked part of the city. I wish we had more time to use all the outdoor space. It's a really cool building, and I would recommend staying at Palacio.

The best place to stay is in Segovia. The building is beautiful, and our apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view. We loved it. Certainly, we will be back.

Beautiful Location , quiet area , easy access

Location of the hotel was perfect. My family and I cma ein by train and we took the taxi to the hotel from the train station. The hotel is located in a restricted area where no cars can pass butt he walk from where the cab dropped us off was very convenient.

Great location. 2 minutes walking from everything in Segovia. Boutique level hotel. Welcoming and most friendly and helpful stuff.

Great location, great breakfast

The location overlooking the monuments were truly breathtaking. We were given room 201 and as a budget last minute trip, this hotel absolutely exceeded all of our expectations, from the balcony, to the spacious room and the friendly staff. The 10euro buffet breakfast was such a nice welcomed surprise as well!

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient access to rooms. Lobby is on floor 1 but there’s access to the elevator on floor 0. Parking is right in front of the property. Short walk to sights without being in the middle of everything. Restaurant had good food.
